I need instructions on removing the dash.

My fancy Kenwood X969 receiver has bit the dust and Kenwood has asked me to bring it to a local repair center for repair/replacement. (Thank goodness for the three year warantee) It's been a long time since I've been logged on and I don't remember where to find the best instructions on removing and replacing the dash on my '03 Insight.
