Default My 2005 Insight Mods - Tint, Stereo, Speakers

Pictures of mods are always good, and since owners are always looking for ideas, i figured I post some examples. Here are some of the mods I've done to my insight:

Tinting: Llumar 35% front windows, 15% rear windows

Stereo upgrade: Alpine CDA-7094 with Ipod adapter mounted under the passenger seat and ipod cable inside glove box: sorry - pic is only of the head unit.

Rear Speakers: Alpine SPS-170A.

Enjoy!

How much did the tinting cost. How does teh rear window look? I am thinking of having it done. I have heard the rear window does not come out that well because of the dots lining it edges.

Default Tint

I think they did a great job... It cost $250 out the door. The tint goes right up to the dot matrix on the edges, and it looks very profesional. The Llumar film is gauranteed not to peel or fade for life.
