Default OK suitable power supplies for this project?

What output voltage PSU's are people using?

What is the concensus on best/max voltage?

I don't want to daisy chain 10 psu's together etc.

Anyone got a part number/link for a suitable psu with 240v ac input and 160-180v dc 250ma output?

Where are they/you putting plug/socket/lead?

I though under petrol flap for neatness with no load/spark/waterproof connector.

Yep, 330mA for 12 hours each night. That should be about equivalent to the reported 60% charge utilization Honda wants to manage.

I don't think I charge to full and I don't think an upper recal means the pack is really full. There is still some Honda black magic involved there...

Armin, If I recall correctly, you make an estimate of the required charge and set the charge timer accordingly?

Peter, As far as I know, Armin is the only one doing a grid charge on his system, he used some 120VAC to 24VDC power supplies in series to get the voltage, and made a simple constant current regulator to control the charge rate. Not sure where he tied in, but a quick look at the electrical manual should answer that one.
I put an anderson connector right at the rear of the IMA box for the tie in to the pack.

I had to use bigger wires, as I am feeding 16.5A to the pack while boosting, and soon with V-Boost, I hope to get up to 25A.
