The general lines, size and shape are close to a Prius. However, there is a Honda decal on the right front passenger window just in front of the B pillar. Underneath the camouflage cladding the grille, headlights, tailights and stuff are quite differently shaped than a Prius. The shape of the front facia, lower grille opening and turn signals closely resemble the current Civic. I do believe it's a Honda!
Too bad the stylists didn't choose to follow the curvaceous Insight's smooth, flowing lines. While the angular Prius is an amazing feat of technology, I've never found it visually seductive like the Insight. Maybe it will look more sleek with the cladding removed from both ends. I do miss the sexy rear fender skirts of the old Insight!
The white Pruis is probably along for a performance comparison by the engineers.
I thought that the tail end slightly resembled an Insight. It is hard to tell if it has the Honda signature glass on the back with the tape / camo in place.
Cool! It does resemble the Prius in a general sense although a little less boxy. In the same sense that one would say all SUVs look similar, I think we are seeing the beginning of a "hybrid" class of vehicle. It will have many advantages that people associate with a small SUV, yet have outstanding aerodynamics.

this one looks farrr too much like the prius...though it does look shorter in height, so hopefully that will improve the aerodynamics over the prius
