Default 05 civic how to id if has rke or alarm?

A co worker of mines bought a used 05 civic hybrid some time ago. The used car lot gave them a bad deal and half the stuff they said they never came through with.

The owner has regular keys that look rather new, but with no radio like for the alarm, etc.

How do you tell if the car has an alarm or remote keyless entry? Can I just surprise her and buy a few remotes then we can program it ourself.

Every Gen I HCH I've ever seen had keyless entry. I think it was standard.

Also, at that year, you should be able to take a new keyfob down to a dealer and have them program the keyfob to the car (not the car to the keyfob which will cost you a service call).
