Default Does the HCH also autostop while moving?

Hello,

Does the manual 5-speed also go into autostop while moving if you're braking/in neutral?

yes it does. around 20mph it will go into autostop. I have a 2005 MT HCH fyi.

the regen is different between the insight and the hch. in the civic i "brake"/regen in 5th gear down to 20mph and then go into auto stop and glide the rest of the way (for best mpg's). but in the insight i have to shift to 3rd to do this which makes the civic better to drive when you get those pesky sudden yellows.

Thanks!

I tried this while test driving today (5th down to 20) and that is a bit more convenient than the 5-3 jump in the Insight.
