Insights also switched to 3 O2 sensors, but I don't know the reason for it. I think in 2002 or so. Jeff652 was has a picture of the 2 exhaust systems side by side here somewhere. His were 2000 and 2004.

IICR I think they went to three 02 sensors because of the troublesome 0420? CEL.
(Remember they were geting a false CEL)
