End of argument in here. It _will not_ make any difference whether you get it warrantied or not. Take your arguments to Honda if you so choose (or an attorney of your choice). That's where it might make a difference.
The _huge_ gaps in understanding of emissions regulations and warranty law in some of the posts in this thread are too great to bridge. Nor is it germain to the threads topic. Such arguments are not what IC is about. Search the web or consult with an attorney. That information is out there if you really want to know.
