Two Keyless remotes don't work. Any fuses I should look for?

I think the remote that I was supplied with my new Insight is the wrong part number. The guy said "I found one from a Civic, it just needs programming". Sounds like he's got the wrong remote for the car.

Ah well.

Just checked the part number inside & he's supplied me a G8D-344H-A
