Default Manual Transmission Swap

I picked up a used transmission from a salvage yard and am going to switch it out next weekend with an acquaintance. I already have a clutch kit, but are there any other seals and gaskets I should replace when doing the swap? Please include part numbers. Thanks..

Here is a link I got off the forum for clutch replacement, may not speak to the seals but might be helpful getting the transmission out.

You'll probably want the seals.
