TPS Replacement

I have to to replace the TPS, on my car is there a place to get it where I don't have to buy the entire throttle body?

I looked at majestic and others and it seems like it is not sold separately?

Is it the standard Honda TPS? Can you snap pic of it? If so, I have several spares and would be happy to send one for $20 - to cover shipping and a case of cold ones

I saw someone mention that it would be almost impossible to get the TPS off the throttle body, which kinda confused me. I thought it was generally an easy to replace part.

Anyone have any... Insight?

The TPS appears to be mounted to the TB with rivets, but they are actually breakaway 6x1.0mm bolts. Simply notch the bolt head with a hack saw and they thread right out.

After looking at my Insight the TPS is indeed the standard Honda unit. I checked my parts bin and I have at least one in there. Apparently there are a few aftermarket options also (i.e. blox).

Be sure to adjust it properly after install. They have play in them so that the voltage can be adjusted. There are several how-to's on the web for how to do this.
