Default HELP- P1568 & 1576 AC not working

2000 Insight standard trans. 177,000 miles. I am getting check engine light on and IMA light. Battery has been fine so far. When i first start the car i see 3 bars of charge for about 3 seconds then i hear a "click" in the rear of the car and the IMA light comes on first, a few seconds later the check engine comes on. Got 2 codes P1568 and P1576 i got the P1576 to clear with OBD scanner. Still no AC all fuses are good. The "click" seems to be where it all comes in. I tried to get in the HV battery compartment but stripped the first T-30 torx head and stopped there. Cleaned all ground cables including the one to the new ( two months max) 12v battery. Any help would be appreciated.

This is the exact same problem mine has. I have no idea, I replaced two grounds under the hood. And still nothing. Someone is coming tomorrow to look at buying it.

50% chance you have a mouse gnawing through your wiring on top of the battery. If you need the wiring harness, we sell it.

I sent you the test scripts. Use a pair of vise grips to grab the stripped bolt and get it off. If that doesn't work use a screw extractor or cut a slot in it and use a screwdriver. If that doesn't work, drill it out.
