Default What type of anti-seize to use?

I have been reading that you should use anti-seize on the spark plugs, especially considering the head is aluminum.

I was wondering if anyone knows what type or brand I should use? If you can provide a link that would be very helpful. Is there a special type of anti-seize for metal to aluminum.

When using anti-seize on the spark plugs should I adjust the toque spec any?

I don't think it matters. I think the tube I've had forever is Permatex.

I used the little packets from Autozone, no issues.
