Default 1449 recall and BC 74 Battery deviation

Thanks guys for past help on my 2001 CVT, 173K.
I bought this car real cheap knowing it had a bad CVT. It is amazing how good everything else is. A woman said I like your new car.
I replaced the cvt and all trany issues are cured. I had the battery out last month for code 1449 (79) Battery poor capacity , very limited assist. I replaced 10 sticks from Flamboyant. The newer 10 had a capacity > 5AH each and the old ones looked like they had been replaced at one time also exceeding 5AH each. I cycled them to get max capacity.
Now I get assist for seeming as long as I ever need it. The problem is when I do serious regen, I get the 1449 (74) battery deviation agin. Two couple sticks rest at 16,50 V after a drive of 5 miles or less. The others rest at 16.17 to 16.30 V
These readings are taken on the BCM rear plug, reads two sticks.

My question is what deviation is allowed before recall 1449 (79) battery deviation?

Thanks for any help. I am going to run wires from that BCM plug,so I can moniter what they are doing during regen.

Do you mean P1446-74?

That is a Voltage Input Deviation. Basically it looks for an input deviation of 1.2V or more for 25.4 seconds or more. Bad cell somewhere.

Default More testing.

I meant 1449 (74) voltage deviation problem. This morning I monitered a pair of sticks via the BCM C7 and C20 suspect sticks while driving. They were low during extended assist and high during Regen. I'll pull the pack agin tomorrow.
