Default P1444, dtc59

Ima is working, but Ima light is on. Battery fan cycles on for a few seconds every minute or so. I have been swapping battery sticks from a different pack and this pack is performing good except for the fault. The pack voltage is 167v.
Also I drove the car about 20 miles with the battery out. I have done this before without a problem. This time the battery icon light was on, check engine, ima, and brake light. I almost did not make it back home as the battery was going dead. Any ideas on where I went wrong?

If your trouble codes are right, it indicates a (High Voltage Short Circuit). Wired the sticks wrong. ?
No DcDc inverter action also?

The DC/DC converter seems to be working. It is possible that a stick is wrong, although I checked the polarity of all sticks after inserted. Just swapped out the bcm and mcm and there is no difference. What is the symptom of an open or reversed ptc strip?

I would do the common things first. Reset the system by disconnecting the 12V battery ground wire for about 15 sec. Check the ground straps, then the condition of the 12V battery (With a load), not just the voltage with a meter.

Swapped out the DC/DC converter and same results. Checked continuity on all the ptc strips and all good. Next I will run the battery of tests in the service manual to see if I can come up with a clue.
