Default i smell gas

Hello all 2000 insight 135k 2nd owner. we have smell of gas but faint. looked under the hood and see nothing. can anyone suggest where to start looking? never any drops under the car. thanks all and happy holidays

There is a gas line on the passenger side firewall that rusts and thefumes are drawn into the cabin air intake at the base of the windshield. That is where I'd start looking.

Default thanks - gas smell

I wondered about those rusty lines. Car was originally NY state, the Northern NJ, Lost ANgels and now Raleigh. everything not aluminum on these cars rust. same thing with my cherokee - rusted to shitake. have to replace the oil pan now. the old american cars- I never rusted out an oil pan even on oil the muscle cars I had thanks all;
