Default IMA Light on, no CEL, no codes?

2001 MT G1 insight. 145,000 miles, original battery.

Driving the other day I got a negative recal followed by the IMA light coming on. However the CEL light did not come on and the IMA still works seemingly normally, assist and charge and normal starting on the IMA. Sadly my battery warranty expired in September.

I have a generic bluetooth OBDII reader but it reports no codes current, pending, or historic.

I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere... apparently I need to pull IMA only codes? Can I do that with a better OBD scanner? Or do I need to pull the "blink" codes?

Disregard I figured out how to pull the blink codes... the IMA blinks "77" which means P1447 Battery module deterioration.

I'm almost done assembling my grid charger hopefully that will pull it back into line a bit.

I have the same condition, asked a coworker to bring in his code reader and will probably try that today, but figured there may be nothing to pull since the CEL light is off. How to you pull the "blink codes"?

I've noticed that my battery, a Honda replacement with about 40k miles on it, seems to deplete faster than it used to. I'd be pretty disappointed if it's failing already...
