Default Full SOC, no draw and no regen

One of our Insights is having a sudden problem. It always seemed to have a strong battery. Now the battery shows at a full 20 bars SOC and the regen is not working. No matter how Mike drives, there is no draw on the SOC. The IMA light did pop on at the same time.
Can this be fixed, or is it toast? He doesn't have tools with him right now until he gets to work, so he hasn't tried resetting it. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Sarah

Codes to start with?

Willie

Do a reset with a 10mm wrench (Disconnect the 12V ground wire, Black for 15 sec. Hook the cable back up, restart the engine and wait.

Sounds like a P1449.

You'll get a better idea as to the condition of all your packs once you get the OBDIIC&C Gauge in.

Right. Mike has no tools right now, so hopefully once he gets to the dock he can do that. He should be able to scrounge up a 10mm also. He's worried because he's an hour and a half away for work today and he doesn't want to damage the battery doing something he shouldn't. Like driving it.

Eli!! Shhh! The battery might hear you and get crazy ideas.
Hows the OBD11C&C looking? Have you shipped any yet?

No worries about damaging the battery. If it's throwing a P1449, it's already in pretty bad shape. The only concern is that the DC-DC will shut down, but that's unlikely if the IMA light just popped on.

I have shipped most of them. I have 6 or 7 left to ship and I hope to get them boxed up and ready to go this weekend.. Speaking of, better get to it.

in my experience, removing the #30 pink fuse (tall one in center) under the hood fuse box for a couple of seconds resets the IMA and all CEL codes too. No tools needed.
