Default Loaner grid charger

Been so busy with all the development work to spend much time in this section of IC, but now that I see so many people with failing batteries, I think the best use of the remaining three GCM1 chargers is to offer them as loaners with test adapters so people can see if their pack respond to charging.

You basically buy a charger, harness for your pack, and the test adapters. Do your charging without requiring any pack removal, and if the results are good, you can keep the charger and harness, and send the test adapters back for a partial refund.
If the pack does not respond, then send it all back, and I will refund all but a restocking fee as indicated on the page above.

Made me laugh nice work Mike!! Better make another batch

I think keeping one or two to use as loaners is a good idea, I have one I lend out over here for basic grid charging test.
Make sure you charge enough though to make it a payer and cover the cost of the unit over say 10 hirings.

Doug has overnight# 98 in Montreal, and I have #99 Maint and #100 overnight that I will keep for testing and charging cars here.
