Default Does anyone know what part this is

It appears to be a large rubber washer that goes between the bolts that holds the black plastic air intake down. Both bolts are tight but the rubber washer seems to be wore out and the intake shakes and is making a loud clicking noise.

That's exactly what they are. Sometimes the intake itself deforms and does not grip the plastic as well as it used to. Sometime the rubber just deteriorates.

I just stuck some plastic washers in there (on either side) to further smoosh the rubber and hold the intake tighter, worked great.
