Default 2001 Insight Memory Loss

I just had my Insight serviced for a check engine light. It was a blown fuse (I don't know which).

Car drives fine but when first started the climate control is completely off, the SoC is ZERO and the FCD is off, so I have to turn on the climate control to the settings I like and hit the FCD button. The SoC rises quickly in a couple of minutes to the level it was at when turned off. Maybe there is another fuse blown that retains the memory is these systems? Anyone have a similar experience?

Fuse 18 is the backup feed to the IMA system when car is in stae "Ignition OFF".

Fuse 18is situated in the cabin.
