IMA Battery Not Charging

Maybe it is just my battery then.

Mine is in extremely poor shape and doesn't like the heat at all. I've probably set the record for most P1447 and P1449 codes in a single year! (have gotten over 50 by now, I no longer keep track)

You can check the charge relay, which is on the right side of the hood.
