Highbeams won't work

Whenever I go to turn my highbeams on or flash someone, my bulbs completly shut off. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Is this a common problem?

The bulbs are only a year old.

There was a recall on the Headlight switch some years ago.
Maybe someone will post the link.
The dealer should be able to run the Vin # and see if the recall was ever done.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the combination light switch, the RED/WHT
wire in the headlight wire harness, and if needed, the
16P headlight wire harness connector.

I will call Honda Monday and see if they can help out. I looked it up online today and saw it has been replaced under warranty once already
