I figured it out. I must have bent the tab downwards when I was trying to remove the IMA lid. I bent it back into place (looks like all the bends are supposed to be 90 degrees) and everything lines up perfectly.

Would have noticed this sooner if I hadn't been working outside in the dark every time.
