2 Amp draw from battery when fully charged - where is it going?

I get the low amp discharge/drain/bleed sometimes when it's not above 75% SoC, usually after regen-ing. Also, my calpod switch can be tuned on then off quickly and this alone disables the low amp drain/bleed. The calpod doesn't need to be left on...
