Default Strange Water Leak

On one of my cars, I have a strange water leak that I haven't heard discussed before. I get a small thin stream from the bottom of the inside plastic surround on the right side quarter window. The water naturally runs down the side of the hatch carpeted side and onto the horizontal carpet. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this?

I thought that I had seen a post where someone else had the same problem, the caulk between the glass and frame had opened up.

I remembered "small boy" and searched and found this:

Wet Seatbelt

Look at the one where there is a picture of the quarter window and words like spray water here.....

Permalink #73. He has another post on the next page and indicates what he did fixed his problem.

EXACTLY!!! Where does that water come from? I started a guessing game and thought of a window seal, but then it occurred to me that it might be from the little rear roof trim strip and leaking attachments underneath. So -- what is the answer oh "mighty one?"
