Default Which replacement Input Shaft Bearing to order?

Got the transmission out and disasembled down to the bearing. 4 bearings from the ISB actually have disappeared, hopefully the previous owner found the on the magnet.
Now I need to order a new one. I know the model number 6009 but there are different types of seals (mine is in too bad of shape to tell):
Seals on one side, seals on both sides, metal seals, rubber seals, etc..
Could someone direct me to the correct one?
Also has anyone found a good hybrid or full ceramic bearing for this application?
Also the flywheel has two parts and must have a bearing inside. Mine wobbles, can this be repaired or does the flywheel need replaced?

Can only get it from Honda. Not an off the shelf bearing. Made under contract for Honda *only*.

#6. Replace #9 while you are in there:

While we're on the subject, which parts would be involved with replacing the 2nd gear synchro. Nothing labeled as such in the breakdown.

I suggest get the spigot bearing from centre of flywheel as well and replace the bearing at the other end of the mainshaft at same time so three bearings and the oil seal in all.

If the clutch needs an overhaul now is the time.

Darn, you switched threads, now I have to find the other one. I thought you had a CVT?

Willie I do have a CVT, I guess I should have put that in the first request. Do they take the same bearing?

Here is a picture of what is left of my Input shaft bearing. It really on made a lot of noise at lower speads once you got up to about 45 mpg the noise almost went away.
