Default Early service indicator

My oil change indicator came on after only 2500 miles. Anyone else have this issue?

Just for the sake of argument, you did check the engine oil level, didn't you?

I checked the oil and it is right where it should be. Looks good and clean. I gues I will just have to keep track of the mileage to determine the next oil change.
