Default Interior Plastics

Just purchased an EX and have about 1000 miles on the car. I just started noticing the plastics in a couple of spots have like scarring that looks like a sun reflection line on the door panel but they are actually in the mold of the plastic.
The back door panel has a crack in the plastic along the top shaped like an s about 3 inches long.
Has anyone else noticed/had these types of issues. I am going to go to the dealer and address the issues, not sure how this is going to go down. Did not notice this on the day of purchase.

Could you post a pic or two to show the cracks? I haven't seen any cracks in my interior plastic dash/door panels. Let us know what the dealer says.

Default Scratches Suck

Yes I scratched my display plastics the first time I cleaned them. I haven't found anything yet that doesn't cause scratches, especially on the radio face and the plastics over the speedometer display.

If someone knows what to use to avoid scratches as well as repairing the scratches I already have please post.

I don't have many complaints about my Insight, but the cheap, crappy plastics are definitely one of them...

I use quality industrial silikone lube spray and a very soft cotton rag. No scratches on my plastics or displays. Silikone is gooooood for plastic!
