Default Frozen Driver's power window

A frozen shut driver's side power window should happen on a new car.

There isn't enough ice stuck anywhere on the exterior, visible, so the culprit must be inside the door.

Heavy rains here, follwed by a cold snap, shouldn't cause this problem...Unless there is a leak or a bad window seal.

TSB 10-011 calls for the replacement of the window guide, and reprogramming, as a fix for a separate known issue I have also experienced: The window reverses direction by itself when going down. I thought I was crazy when this happened. Thought I musta touched the button again.

Anyone else have the frozen-shut window issue?
