Scrapes - will they rust?

So this is more of a general car question but it pertains to my Insight. I live in upstate NY and we've been getting some crazy snow lately. I hit a pothole today and when I got home I scoped out the damage - on the bottom front of my car, but still where there's white paint, there are a couple black (most likely from the asphalt) scrape marks about a centimeter wide. They're far out of sight enough that I'm not (very) annoyed about it cosmetically, but I'm concerned if left unchecked they might rust. Anyone have experience with a similar issue? Just trying to figure out if I should take it to my Honda dealer and either have them spot treat it somehow.

So I just went out and checked the "scuff" again - Like I said it's on the front bottom of the car where there's paint. Is this part even made out of metal? I would assume plastic. So I doubt there's any risk of rust... I guess I'm just paranoid.
