Wiper effect on break

Since last few day, I have experience wiper moving effect on break pedal.

I was driving in rainy weather and my wiper were on and when ever i push break pedal i can feel wiper moving effect on my foot. is it normal? has anybody experienced it?

Sorry, I removed my rear wiper and seldom use my front as I have ICED my windows with turtle wax spray wax.

Cobb, which spray wax did you use? ICE Spray Detailer or ICE Synthetic Spray Wax?

I am sold on all the ICE products. I use both and the "polish" which is in the clear bottle. Makes plastic nice and black and windows resist rain like rain x on steroids.

I just noticed this yesterday. Foot on brake at the light and I could feel each time the wipers moved. I didn't believe it at first.
