Shifting?!?!?!?!?! Is this use of sport or regular mode? I think its recommended by many to replace the cvt fluid at 12 thousand, I do and I have no problems except for the clunk when going from reverse to drive in cold weather.

Its takes 3 1/2 qts of the stuff from the dealer, good luck finding it locally at an auto store.

All you need is a philips screw driver and 3/8 rachett, pan and turn your steering wheel to the left. Just unscrew the screw by the little panel and unbolt the bolt and let the fluid out.

Under the hood is soemthing that looks like an accumulator or inline filter at teh bottom of the radiator near the battery. That is an inline filter. Some people like me have alsoreplaced those too.

PS, make sure to wipe off the drain plug before installing and dont forget the washer.

CVT fluid changing tip...

Pull the CVT dipstick out slightly before you drain the old fluid.
