Problems and TroubleshootingI have twins and both Insights, one w/ a new transmission (so I was told!?) w/ same issue. Every time I downshift into 2nd gear, it makes the noise you don't want to hear when using shifting....like not shifting w/ clutch fully engaged! Any others w/ same issue and is this unique to this...

Modifications and Technical IssuesDoes anyone have specs on the 4 NTC thermistors that are in the hybrid battery pack (not the PTC strips that are in every stick, but the ones that are imbedded in 4 of the sticks). It could either be specs of the resistor itself or any specs that are in some technical manual for troubleshooting...
