The chances of getting a perfect color match on a 12-18 year old car is slim, especially if you're in Florida and the car has faded much more than a fender from New York. Best to have a bodyshop paint a new or used fender and tint to match you car's paint.
I may have one (I can't remember which side it is) and don't need it since I bought a couple in red for my obviously red Insight.
You probably want to make the drive(s) and check out those car-part locations in person. My silver spare is definitely not above 8/10 condition, I paid about $50 and shipping it would be a bother. Probably $100 shipped in the end.
