Thumbs up UK - Top Gear magazine article about Bloodhound

As he will be too modest to mention it himself, I will for him. 'Our' Mark Elvin is quoted twice in a five page article about the Bloodhound speed record attempt in the February edition of Top Gear magazine. There is even a photo of Mark on the last page of the article.

Good luck to Mark and all those involved in the Bloodhound project.

Thanks Christian.

We are making great progress at the moment with several key, major assemblies due to be completed in the next month or so.

Looking good for tie down tests later this year.

Mark;
Will you be going to Bonneville this year for the record attempt?

If so I'll meet you there.

Willie

Afraid not. The weather is too unpreditable for us. We'd looked at Blackrock but perversly it's too dry, meaning the surface is very rough.

We are off to the Hakskeen pan in South Africa.

The article is also on the Top Gear magazine iPad app (obviously) and is a bit more interactive, with Mark name-checked under his photo.
