Where have I seen this before? It's what the G1 Insight might have evolved into.
Unless the rear glass or the whole rear top of the car somehow opens, I don't see how you could get as much as a bag of groceries in it. As many photos as there are, I think they'd have shown that. And good luck cleaning the inside of the glass. Performance is a bit skimpy for the US, but adequate for England, I guess. There are some good ideas here, though.
