We are a pretty small community of fan(atic)s. There is a lot of sharing of "how to" and "where to" along with "how not to" and "where not to." I have to share that Prolong had a charger of mine for service and there was a mix-up of sorts. Without being asked they just assumed responsibility, made the deal whole and threw in an apology. I have read in the past about these folks being ggod guys and thought I would add my positive experience. If it were a bad experience I might have been just as quick to share it so it is only fair to share the good ones.
