Default Best way to align new stickers?

Search didn't find anything, I'm talking about new stickers that the car has on the exterior such as the Honda logo on the back or the ULEV sticker. I've got some of Pete's stickers and a couple OEM replacement stickers and I want to do a good job.

Has anyone applied them well and have any tips?

Default Try painters Tape

Hey There....

Before you remove the old "H" sticker, put a piece of painters
tape
with the bottom edge exactly along the top of the existing "H".

Then cut off exactly the left and right edges of the painters tape
to guide you on how to center perfectly..

That's fine if the sticker is still there. Mine is not. What is Plan B? Anybody?

The two outer decals have angled alignment cuts in the backing to align with the bottom and outside of the glass. You can also hold them on the glass with tape and step back to check alignment. If good, use some tape above and to the side for reference, then peel and stick. Pretty much the same for the H making sure it's centered properly and it's not too high or low.

The exact locations are specified in the Honda service manual.
