Default Aligning passenger door

Mine has been in an accident previously, and the passenger door seems to need proper alignment. The service manual simply says to loosen the hing bolts where they attach to the body and adjust, but I can't seem to get to them. Anyone know if I need to remove the fender to get these bolts or is there a special wrench to get in there?

Following the service manual:

Quote:
Use bolts F for specific door settings. Bolts D are needed to adjust the doors forwards and backwards.
But the F screws will be enough for fine tuning.

You can remove the screws F and remove the doors to get to the bolts D.
And do not forget to tint the bolts after adjustment.

Wow. Good help from Siberia!

Thanks.

You likely have damage from the accident. The mounting points may be off.

You may need to add shims. Getting the door perfect is an art form.
