Default Richmond, VA hit by Very High Winds/Damage

Got hit last night by very high linear winds. Lots of trees down. Lots of damage to houses and cars. Not sure how widespread the damage really is.

Before the reset, I was "jime." Good to see you made it through the changeover.

Yeah, that was some storm. Bow line or Squal line as they called it.

Nope, no problems here. Some people are still without power. Our lights did not even blink.

Power just now comming back to some of my neighbors. Seems that trees were the BIG problem. A huge tree went right through a back attached sun room just across the street, barely missing the main house.

Wife and I had to spend an hour yesterday picking up about 20 pounds of pine cones from my neighbors tree. (Now, this is really reaching the depths to get my post count up)

Some of those arts and craft stores want a pretty penny for pine cones.

Nope, nothing like that here. Glad you are ok.
