Looks like the Honda/McLaren deal is official. Finally a picture of an F1 Mclaren with Honda engine aboard... again...
The picture shows the car on "demonstration" tires, because the rules on testing are pretty stringent during the racing season. Plus they're limited to 100 km (62 mi). Not much of a run.
This combination was around previously from 1988 to 1992, during the Senna years. Quite the successful car/engine/driver combination, to say the least. Honda will fit right in since Formula 1 cars run Hybrid power units.
Maybe they're gonna use an Insight's derived IMA!
Should be an interesting racing season next year. Has been a good one this year, but McLaren has been running mid pack or so, not a great showing.
