Default Make high beams as DRL EU Spec model

Hi all,

I recently own a 2011 Insight with 123000 KM on it. It does have automatic headlights but sometimes I have to enable them manually during heavy rain or overcast weather. So I have an idea about installing or enabling DRL.

Is it possible to activate the high beam on low voltage DRL on the EU model, equal to the US model? It sounds like the easiest way to me. I tried to simply install a 7.5 amp fuse in location 15 but this isn't working. Does anyone have an idea? I assume this is the easiest way to have DRL.

Take 12V from the headlight range control through a relay.
The scheme needed?
