Default Oem Nav unit replacement

Is it possible to use a oem nav unit to replace the oem radio(radio only not nav) will all the connectors be compatible? What about the gps reciever? Is it possible to get a lefthand drive unit and put the lefthand drive unit into a righthand drive faceplate? Thanks in advance

No it's not. The OEM nav has extra wires. You'd need a new wiring harness.

You can get an aftermarket nav, and probably one that's superior to the OEM nav.

The OEM nav screen is a great base for a TomTom mount suction cup.
