They mean that your IMA battery is in bad shape, possibly terminal. Each of the codes has several subcodes which can be blinked out by using a paper clip to short two pins in the OBDII plug. You need to bookmark the S Keith thread for blink instructions. He also has some info on measuring tap voltages in the thread.
