Spark Plugs and vibration on one wheel.
Hi there, i just looked into my service manual and it says 90K KM spark plugs.
Now im around 140K so time to change them. Bought a package of 8 Honda spark plugs for just 80 euros.
Popped up my hood and then removed the engine cap.
4 spark plugs are easy to get to but the other 4 are behind and not a lot of room to work.
Is there a way to get the engine a little bit forward or something?
My front right wheel vibrates at any speed.
Also theirs a faint whistle sound like an electric train braking when decelerating slowly.
Vibration Engine Stop:
The engine vibration comes in the cabin when at a stop.
Sometimes it's vibrating a lot and other times its just normal.
Other things i guess are normal:
Exhaust spits out water every time i start.
There's a hard Clunk noise when parked on handbrake overnight.
At speeds of around 10-30Kmh, there's like a shock when driving.
Just like it wants to go forward a lot and then it decides not to.
Honda Insight 2010
Always dealer maintained and marked as an HQP car. (Honda Quality Occasion)
However when i looked in my service manual.
The CVT Transmission fluid was never changed.
Spark plugs never changed.
Only basic maintenance like oil, filter, etc.
Another Edit Sorry:
Also after the recall for an airbag there's a rumbling noise cumming from the back.
And if i would do an engine swap on an insight.
Are there certain things i need to keep in mind?
Don't know if this is realistic, but was thinking about maybe a boxer engine.
Maybe in the back so that you can see the engine and make it rwd.
Or AWD, also removing the battery. could a engine and all fit in the trunk and battery spot?
