Default Spark Plugs and vibration on one wheel.

Spark Plugs:
Hi there, i just looked into my service manual and it says 90K KM spark plugs.
Now im around 140K so time to change them. Bought a package of 8 Honda spark plugs for just 80 euros.
Popped up my hood and then removed the engine cap.
4 spark plugs are easy to get to but the other 4 are behind and not a lot of room to work.
Is there a way to get the engine a little bit forward or something?

Vibration Wheel:
My front right wheel vibrates at any speed.
Also theirs a faint whistle sound like an electric train braking when decelerating slowly.

Vibration Engine Stop:
The engine vibration comes in the cabin when at a stop.
Sometimes it's vibrating a lot and other times its just normal.

Other things i guess are normal:
Exhaust spits out water every time i start.
There's a hard Clunk noise when parked on handbrake overnight.
At speeds of around 10-30Kmh, there's like a shock when driving.
Just like it wants to go forward a lot and then it decides not to.

Edit:
Honda Insight 2010
Always dealer maintained and marked as an HQP car. (Honda Quality Occasion)
However when i looked in my service manual.
The CVT Transmission fluid was never changed.
Spark plugs never changed.
Only basic maintenance like oil, filter, etc.

Another Edit Sorry:
Also after the recall for an airbag there's a rumbling noise cumming from the back.

And if i would do an engine swap on an insight.
Are there certain things i need to keep in mind?
Don't know if this is realistic, but was thinking about maybe a boxer engine.
Maybe in the back so that you can see the engine and make it rwd.
Or AWD, also removing the battery. could a engine and all fit in the trunk and battery spot?

There was a post for how to change spark plugs.

It is also suggested you change the cvt fluid asap.
It is easy to drain and refill, as shown in youtube below. You can also change the filter if you like to, as shown in another post.

It may be cold weather. Or try changing the octane number of gasoline (up number).

1. Upgrade firmware on auto.
2. Need diagnosis with HDS for check problems
3. Check 12V battery
4. Change CVT oil
5. Clear throttle, clear EGR-valve
