Manny,

I just saw a Youtube which described replacing the steering wheel exterior. Try doing a Youtube search on this subject. It was quite informative.

Mine looks the same way. I've had this cover in my wishlist for awhile now, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

There's also an official leather cover, but it looks like a pain in the *** to install:

put one of these bad boys on...the fake leather material started coming off my steering wheel at the very top unfortunately.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

never looked back.

feels amazing. looks fantastic. should've put it on as soon as i got the car.

I've had the cover on for over a year and it looks brand new.

That is a BMW for crying out loud
I was considering about those covers but I love to turn the wheel by my thumb and am worried about being grind by the cover
