Default 2001 Right caliper or abs dragging??

Hey everybody, hoping someone has some experience, help for me as my mechanic says that the right front wheel turns hard while in the air and its either the caliper or the abs system, he doesnt know which.
He has been unable to find an aftermarket caliper yet, the dealer wants like $500.
Any ideas on what is the more likely problem, calipers vs abs system and anyone know where i might get a better price on replacement calipers if needed.

Thanks!

The wheel bearing may be defective. But this is only an assumption.

Pleas note: you have posted this in the forum for second generation Insights, 4 Door models starting in 2010. A moderator may move, but you can just ask your question up there yourself.
