rear seat removal

Can anyone give me a few quick tips on steps to remove the rear seat? Need to temporarily remove it to create more space for a road trip. Thanks

Can someone give me a few simple pointers on how to remove the rear seat on a 2010 insight? I'm sure is probably been covered on the forum before, I just can't find it.
