I found it at Part Source last week (Canadian Tire's Automotive only store), in Waterloo.
They say they usually have 2 cases in stock, no problem to get more.

Not to be argumentative, but you asked where you could get it, not how long it would be around

Presumably they have a few skids of the stuff in a central warehouse, so given the limited audience it will be available for some [undetermined amount of] time yet.

Part Source only appeared in the 'loo about 1.5 years ago, so I do not know how widespread the store is in Ontario or Canada.
